The Psychic Goal Bowl: An Idea from Practicing Psychic William W. Hewitt

Example "Goal Bowl" - With Harm to No One
The Psychic Goal Bowl is psychic William Hewitt’s idea for how one can set significant goals, not forget about them, and remain focused upon them to ensure success. He describes this in his book, Psychic Development for Beginners. Above is an example goal bowl. The goal bowl can contain pictures instead of, or in addition to, words.
Bill Hewitt divided his example in the book into only eight goals; I made twelve in this example. I don’t recommend any more than that, as it will spread your efforts too thin. Also, having a limited number of goals (eight, for example) forces you to think about what is most important to concentrate your efforts on.
Since one never knows how the universe will arrange for goals to be carried out, Hewitt says it is extremely important to mark on the page, “with harm to no one.”
Hewitt gives the following example of a goal gone wrong:

Some years ago, a young man incurred a gambling debt of ten thousand dollars with some criminal characters. He couldn’t pay the debt, so the criminals gave him a deadline by which he had to pay the money or they would kill him.
In desperation, the young man prayed day and night. He meditated. He pleaded with his higher mind. His prayers and pleading consisted of the words, “I need ten thousand dollars now, before the deadline. Please enable me to get it.” That was all. He repeated it aloud and mentally hundreds of times, programmming his mind for his goal of obtaining ten thousand dollars quickly.
Several days later he achieved his goal. He was in an automobile accident and lost one arm and one leg. His insurance policy paid him five thousand dollars for each lost limb. He had his ten thousand dollars, but at a great personal price.
He had not put “with harm to to one” in his goal programming. The moral: Be careful what you ask for because you might get it. Be smart. Put the “with harm to no one” statement in all of your goals.
How to Use Your Goal Bowl:
1.) Close your eyes, and take a few minutes to center yourself and bring yourself to your deepest state of relaxation (what Bill Hewitt calls your “basic psychic level”).
2.) Now, open your eyes, and read and say each goal out loud.
3.) After reviewing each goal, close your eyes, center yourself, and say out loud, ” The goals in my goal bowl are what I want, and I direct my higher mind to make these goals become reality.”
4.) Put your goal bowl in a safe personal place.
5.) For the first 30 days review your boal at least once a day as described above (another reason with not having a limited number of goals, or it will be overwhelming to review them all each day).
6.) After 30 days, review your bowl at least once a month. After the first year, reveiw it at least twice a year.

what an amazing idea. I will do it right away. I was so immersed in the secret, I forgot about the things we used to do when we only knew about the subconscious mind and all.
