Here, psychic Hollis Polk interviews Seth regarding the metaphysics behind elections.  Here are some of the essentials, paraphrased:

Elections are, particularly for you in the West; are a demonstration of your power of reality creation. Recently, however, this power of yours has been denied in fundamental ways. There is a history of this ceding of your power to those in authority. Your individual acts of taking back your power from thoe in authority will further all of your souls’ evolutions, as individuals, and as a race.

So, how do we do that?

This question has a simple answer. You have always done this. You create your realities, for the most part, during the dream state. You create your realities according to your beliefs and ideas that you are entertaining in your mental environment. So that is why many of you have hope now that you will get your power back, for it is still in your perceived future.

Now this has another factor involved. Your social systems, political systems, and education systems are crumbling, to be “rebuilt with light.” Light workers, alive in this time frame will come forward to lead you (but not necessarily be elected). This will occur on all levels of your society. This information will not spread through the mass media, but through word of mouth. this is why many of you are awakening now from your sleep times with feelings that you can “do anything.” It’s always been thus, but now you are remembering your creative powers.

I suggest to you that whenever you wake up in the morning, or after taking a nap, than instead of going directly to your media products, that you take the time to turn inwards, do your meditations, and achieve a state of relaxation in your body. Tune in instead to the divine information stream that is being directed to you by higher powers.

It’s imperative for those in the U.S.A. that you do not slip into despair and cynicism, because that is what the negative entities wish for you. Currently, the negative entities are in control of your political leaders, many of your religious leaders–authoritarian leaders of all sorts. There is no blame here, it is merely “all that is” seeking to know itself in all forms of human activity.

Without blame, or shame, my advice to you is to keep a good thought, develop good humor, and “go with the flow” of positive manifestation. And take your power back.

So, are you suggesting that even though the current negative entities stay in power, that in the end, it doesn’t really matter, as long as we continue to take our power back individually?

Yes, very nicely put. You are in the middle of an awakening, a fourth-dimension shift. Now you are at the end of a cycle that has been thousands of years. This is why time is speeding up for you, and why it seems you never have the time to do the things you wish. Time is speeding up for you.

This has been called a “reckoning” in some traditions. I agree, and it could go either way for you. You still have the negative energy (? –word unclear), very active within your Middle East, but also within the collective consciousness.
